Some comments from candidates attending our courses.

About 12 months ago we attended a first responders course at the Salvation Army, Maidstone.
On Friday 3rd December 2010 I had a sudden cardiac arrest and fortunately my husband was in the room and immediately remembered to call the ambulance first, leave the door unlocked and then started CPR.  The emergency services arrived very quickly and took over and fortunately for me I was resuscitated. The mitral valve "string" had snapped with no warning symptoms and have now had surgery to repair it.
The medical staff have said how lucky I was to survive and without my husband learning cpr I would not have done so - so thank you very much.
I wanted you to know this as it lets you know that we believe your job is very, very important.

Although I’ve said it all in my evaluation form, I want to personally tell you how impressed I have been with your FAW 2-day refresher run by Martyn this week.

This is my 18th year of holding the FAW certificate, so you can see I’ve attended a few courses in my time, and I HAVE to say this was the best by a long way that I’ve ever attended!!!

I have always used British Red Cross or St John’s before and it was only because I was trying to find a course (fairly late on) before my qualification lapsed that I came across you on the web.

If I’m honest you offer TOO much value for money and you could quite easily increase your fees, remaining cheaper than the voluntary organisations, continue to provide excellent training and extras such as lunch; (I’ve never attended a FAW course where lunch was included before!) and still be giving excellent value for money.

I have told Martyn how impressed I was but please do reiterate this by telling him of this email.

Thank you again and keep up the good work.  Not only will I be back, I’ll be telling others about you too.

“I would recommend this first class training company”

I wish to take this opportunity of thanking you and Wendy for the support and help you have given to me and to our first aiders over the last few years.
I also thank you for setting up and conducting training courses
(especially those at last minute notice) and all your trainers for the professional way in which they have conducted courses.

I attended your "First Aid At Work Course" this week and I just wanted to convey my thanks to you all. The course was both enjoyable and informative and Terry was a brilliant instructor. His encouragement towards everyone on the course was a great help and he was very approachable. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

Kind Regards,
